Snaplot
UK AI Auction Cataloguing Software
Built in the UK, for UK auctioneers
Snaplot was built around how UK auction houses actually work. That means a few things that matter when you’re picking a tool:
- British English by default. “Period”, “regency”, “Georgian”, “wagon” not “wagon”. UK conventions out of the box, not a US tool with localisation pasted on top.
- GBP throughout. Estimates, start prices, reserves, account billing — all sterling. We can quote EUR or USD on request, but the default is your default.
- UK-hosted. Photographs and lot data live on UK servers. AI inference uses Vertex AI in EU regions where possible.
- GDPR-compliant. No third-party analytics or tracking on marketing pages. Catalogue data is private to your account.
- UK office hours support. Email response in UK working hours by a UK-based person.
- Made for the platforms you use. the major UK auction-platform formats — not “auction platform X you’ve never heard of from California”.
What it does
Snaplot is software that turns auction-lot photographs into publish-ready catalogue entries. Photos in, finished title + description + condition report + estimate range out, in 5 minutes or less — most lots in under 60 seconds. Export the catalogue as XLSX in formats compatible with the major UK auction platforms.

Do you support international auctions?
