What's a credit?
Generation
1 credit per lot generated by the AI — title, description, condition report, estimate range, all together. If you only want title + description, it's still 1 credit.
Refunds
If a generation fails on our end (timeout, AI provider error), the credit is refunded automatically. Edits and regenerations are not refunded.

Is there a subscription?
No. Snaplot is pay-per-credit, one-off packs. Buy a pack, use it whenever, top up when you run low.
Do credits ever expire?
Never. Credits sit in your account indefinitely. If you stop topping up, your existing balance still works.
What happens if I run out mid-catalogue?
Submit will pause and prompt you to top up. Already-submitted lots keep processing — no half-finished catalogues.
Can I buy a top-up mid-pack?
Yes. Top-ups stack onto your existing balance at the rate of the pack you buy.
What's the refund policy?
If Snaplot's AI fails to deliver a lot (timeout, service error), the credit is refunded automatically. Pack purchases are non-refundable but the credits themselves never expire.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. Every purchase generates a downloadable PDF invoice you can keep for your records. Snaplot is not VAT-registered, so prices are inclusive — no VAT is added at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Bank transfer (BACS) on Volume packs only.
